Do you already have a policy that you purchased somewhere else?

Great! Our Refund Center will handle cancelling it for you so you can replace it with our better coverage/term policy (and we're often less expensive too! It's a win-win!).

All you need to do is fill out the form below or send us an email at with your name, phone number, and email address and we will get the process started. If you have a copy of your current policy please include it in that initial email as well, it will make the refund process go quicker.

About The Refund Process

The entire refund process typically takes 2-8 weeks. The first step is to get a signed cancellation form, which we will get for you, and then we will submit that to the original selling dealership. They will then cancel the policy and issue a prorated refund based on time and miles remaining on the cancelled contract. If there is currently a lien on the vehicle then the refund will be issued to the lienholder to reduce the outstanding balance of the loan; it will not change the vehicle's monthly payment, it will merely reduce the principal balance. If there is no lienholder then the refund check will be mailed directly to the client. We strive to get everything done as quickly as possible, but some dealerships only process refunds once a month so we are often waiting on them.
